Because artwork is handcrafted and photographed for online display, slight variations in colour, texture, scale, and appearance may occur between the images displayed on the Website and the physical artwork received.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order has been dispatched.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At MaxPanksArt, we take great care in packaging and shipping every artwork.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds only where an item arrives:

  • Damaged during transit; or

  • Materially defective upon delivery.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Reporting Damage

To request a refund or replacement, please email:

and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged item

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A description of the damage

Failure to provide supporting photographs may result in the claim being denied.

Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, we may:

  • Provide a full refund;

  • Provide a replacement artwork or print; or

  • Offer another remedy at our discretion.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless damaged upon arrival, the following are non-refundable:

  • Original artwork

  • Giclée prints

  • Commissioned or custom artwork

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards (if offered)

Shipping Costs

Where damage is confirmed, return shipping costs (if a return is required) will be covered or reimbursed by MaxPanksArt.

In some cases, we may not require the damaged item to be returned.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
