Waterloo Bridge Before the Downpour

Painted en plein air by the side of the river in Embankment, London on 23rd March, 2025. The clouds were teasing me with short bursts of light rain for the duration of the creation of this painting. Finally, just as I was done, the downpour was released. I looked up, and thanked the clouds for holding on.
