Focusing mainly on the way the sun interacts with the shack in this landscape, I really wanted to describe how effortlessly the sun creates magic right before our eyes every day. I used the white of the paper to represent the lightest part of the painting in an attempt to uncover the simplicity of beauty in a landscape and how dynamic light will highlight the raw materials of nature.
